These terms govern sales made through this site and on trade accounts opened with us. Where a written quotation or an account agreement says something different, that document takes precedence over this page.
1. Who we are

2. Prices
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but the price that applies to an order is the one displayed when the order was placed.
3. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation, not when the order is placed. If a line is mispriced or unavailable we will tell you and cancel that line rather than ship something else in its place.
4. Availability
Stock shown is what is physically held at the time of viewing and is not reserved until an order is placed. Where a line is out of stock it can be backordered; backorders are allocated in the order they were placed.
5. Payment
Orders on this site are payable in full before dispatch. We do not offer credit accounts or payment terms. Accepted methods are listed on payment methods.
6. Delivery, title and risk
We ship within the United States. Title and risk pass on delivery to the address given on the order. Delivery dates are estimates: we are not liable for carrier delays outside our control, though we will chase the carrier on your behalf.
7. Returns
Our returns policy is set out at returns and forms part of these terms. Nothing in it affects rights you have under applicable consumer law.
8. Warranty
Goods carry the manufacturer’s warranty. We administer claims on your behalf — see warranty. We give no warranty of our own beyond the manufacturer’s and beyond what applicable law requires.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the goods in that order. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of contract, site-visit costs, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Export and end use
Some networking and radio equipment is subject to US export controls and to radio type-approval rules that differ by country. The customer is responsible for compliance with the rules that apply where the equipment will be used, including any licence required to operate on a given frequency or power level.
11. Intellectual property
Manufacturer brand names, part numbers and product photography are the property of their respective owners and are used here to identify the goods we sell.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. The courts of Los Angeles County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any consumer right to bring proceedings in your own place of residence.
13. Changes
We may amend these terms. The version in force is the one published here when the order is placed.
