- On request — not currently available on the standard lead time. The line stays in the catalogue and we will quote a date on enquiry.
Backorders
Lines marked on request can still be ordered. They are allocated in the order the backorders were placed, not by order value. We will give you the expected date when you order and tell you if it moves.
Replenishment
We reorder weekly against sell-through, so fast-moving lines rarely go out for long. Inbound transit from a domestic distributor is typically 2 to 5 business days; direct-from-manufacturer orders take longer and are placed against forecast rather than on demand.
Large or scheduled requirements
For a rollout, tell us the quantity and the date. We would rather hold stock against a scheduled requirement than have you find out on the day that we have three of something you needed thirty of. Use request a quote.
