Trade accounts see net pricing and volume breaks across the catalogue, without having to request a quote line by line. Applications are reviewed within one business day.

Who we open accounts for

Systems integrators and installers, managed service providers, wireless ISPs, IT contractors and resellers. We also open accounts for end users running their own networks where the volume justifies it.

There is no joining fee and no minimum order to hold an account open. We do ask that the business is a real one — a company name we can look up, a work email and a shipping address in the United States.

What an account gets you

• Net pricing — account pricing across the catalogue, shown when you are signed in rather than quoted on request.
• Volume breaks — quantity pricing applied automatically at the listed break points.
• Quotations — a written quote by return on project volume, valid 14 days.
• Order history — every invoice and past order in one place for reordering.
• Named contact — the same person on the phone, not a queue.

Sales tax and resale certificates

Core Flow is a California Seller’s Permit holder. We are required to collect California sales tax on shipments into California unless we hold a valid resale certificate for your account. Supply your certificate number with the application and we will register it against the account; supply it later and it applies from that point on, not retrospectively.

Shipments outside California are handled according to the destination state’s own rules.

Payment

Opening orders are prepaid by bank transfer. Credit terms are not offered at account opening — if your requirement needs them, say so in the application and we will talk about it once there is a trading history to look at.
