Orders on this site are paid in full before dispatch. We do not operate credit accounts.
Card payment
Online card payment is being enabled on this site. Until it is live, place the order and pay by bank transfer against the order confirmation. We will send full remittance details with the confirmation; we never send changed bank details by email, so treat any message that does as fraudulent and call us on the number above.
Bank transfer
Available on every order. Bank details are shown at checkout and repeated on the order confirmation. Quote the order number as the payment reference, and email a remittance advice to trade@coreflowllc.com so we can match the payment and release the order.
Domestic ACH transfers normally clear within one to two business days. Wire transfers usually clear the same day when sent before the bank’s cut-off.
Trade accounts
Opening orders on a trade account are prepaid by bank transfer. Credit terms are not offered at account opening; where they are agreed later, the terms on the account agreement govern and are stated on every invoice.
Currency
We invoice in US dollars. Where a card issuer converts from another currency, the rate and any cross-border fee are set by the issuer, not by us.
Sales tax
Prices on this site exclude sales tax. California sales tax is applied at checkout for orders shipped within California. For orders shipped to other states, tax is applied where we have an obligation to collect it. A valid resale certificate registered against a trade account exempts that account from California sales tax from the date we record it.
Resale customers with a valid resale certificate should contact us before ordering so the exemption can be applied.
Security
We do not store card numbers. Card details entered at checkout go directly to the payment processor. Anyone asking you to email card details, or to pay to an account other than the one on your order confirmation, is not us.
