What we collect, and when
- When you order — name, billing and shipping address, email, phone, and the order itself. Card details go to the payment processor, not to us.
- When you contact us — whatever you put in the form or the email, and our reply.
- When you browse — the cookies described at cookies, which are the ones needed to run the cart and the session.
Why we hold it
To take and fulfil orders, to handle returns and warranty claims, to answer enquiries, and to meet our tax and record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Who we share it with
Carriers, so they can deliver; our payment processor, so a card can be charged; manufacturers, where a warranty claim needs a serial number and a fault description; and our hosting and email providers as a consequence of running the site.
How long we keep it
Order, invoice and warranty records are kept for 7 years, which covers the federal and California record-keeping periods we are subject to. Enquiries and quote requests that do not become orders are deleted after 2 years. Cookies expire as described at cookies.
Your rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, California residents can ask us what personal information we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the Act, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Write to trade@coreflowllc.com. We respond within 45 days, as the Act requires.
Children
This site sells business and networking equipment and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection in production. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to fulfil orders. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.
Changes
We may update this notice. The version in force is the one published here.
