What you get back
A written quotation by email, priced in US dollars excluding sales tax and excluding shipping unless you asked otherwise. If a part is discontinued or unavailable we say so and suggest an equivalent rather than quoting something we cannot ship.
Quotations are returned within one business day and are valid for 14 days from issue. Stock is not held against a quotation until an order is placed.
Volume pricing
Catalogue prices are single-unit. Quantity changes what we can do, particularly on lines where we can place a larger inbound order against your requirement. Tell us the quantity and the timing.
Prefer to order directly?
Everything in the catalogue can be bought online now at the listed price. A quote is only worth requesting where volume, timing or a bill of materials makes the listed price the wrong starting point. If you buy regularly, open a trade account instead — approved accounts see net pricing without having to ask each time.
